This half-day course will provide charity Trustees, CEOs, and Senior Management Teams with a comprehensive understanding of charity outcomes and how to effectively demonstrate their impact.

Delivery
This course is delivered face-to-face. It consists of one 3.5 hour session, with time for questions throughout. There will be exercises and time to work in teams.
Materials
Participants will receive a course handbook that includes all of the course materials. The course handbook will also include a list of resources for further learning.
